Jessica here. :) Well it has been awhile since either one of us wrote anything but we haven't been sitting around. We have been touching on quite a few things some of them interesting and some not so interesting but very important.
The not so interesting things have been time lines, and legal business issues. We have had a few meeting in between the fun stuff to get this stuff done. You don't need to know the details but it is getting done so more assurance that we aren't going to fall flat on our faces before we even take off.
The fun stuff. I have almost finished coloring the illustrations but all of our yarn came in and knitting and crocheting has been way more fun. I have almost finished all the pieces for the second look in our line up including different color ways and multiples of each piece. I have also been working on one of the two sweaters that we have in the line. I have a final pattern and am almost done with the work. It has become so big though it doesn't fit in my knitting bag so it is something that I am only working on while at home.
We are also on a model hunt and are hoping to get our models set in the next two months so that when we move into our studio we will have everything ready to go.
The Oscars are tomorrow and Christina and I are throwing a party for a few of our close friends and are going to show some of our line. It is very exciting to be able to get a little bit of an outside view before we start working on producing the line. Now that means that I have to spend a lot of time today and tomorrow not only working on party preparations but also on finishing coloring the illustrations so we have finished looks to show our friends. So I am off to work on that. Christina will update you on the awesome stuff that she is working on. :)
